抽油机井悬点示功图时域信号的分解

摘    要:利用游梁式抽油机的平面几何关系,并结合SVM回归模型得到悬点裁荷、位移与时间的变化关系,实现了抽油机井悬点示功图时域信号的分解,避免了井下模型的复杂求解.以胜利油田辛11-106的某示功图为例,证明了该方法得到数据的有效性,为理论分析等提供了大量的数据.

Abstract:Basing on plane geometry relations between beam-balanced pumping unit and SVM regression model,and the relations among the hanging-point load,displacement and time,the time-domain signals of rod-pumped well hanging-point dynamometer card were decomposed,and the complex solution of down-hole model was avoided.Shengli Oilfield Xin 11-106 dynamometer card proves validity of the data got by this way and provides the theoretical analysis with mass data.
