激光探测高炉回旋区深度信号处理算法研究

摘    要:高炉回旋区物理参数的确定对高炉炼铁具有极其重要的作用.通过对理论建模计算、检测装置探测和数值模拟等方法进行对比,提出了一种基于激光回波信号处理的回旋区深度检测技术.通过对回波信号的混沌性分析,判明回波信号属于非随机信号.采用多小波随机平移算法对回波信号进行降噪处理,提取了回波信号,采用Hilbert-Huang变换对滤波后的信号进行处理,对其瞬时能量进行分析.由于回旋区边缘表现出较为强烈的局部能量,从能量谱中可较好地提取回旋区边缘信号.试验发现,基于回波信号的回旋区深度技术具有可行性.

Abstract:It is very important for ironing technology in blast furnace that confirming physics parameters.In this paper,it proposed a novel detecting method for depth of the tuyere raceway based on laser echo signal processing after studied theory modeling,numerical modeling and some other detecting devices.It shown that the laser echo signal to tuyere raceway is an non-random signal,so that the weak signal of the brim of the raceway could be detected in theory.It applied a kind of multi-wavelet randomly translation algorithm to reduce the noise-signal in echo signal.The experiments showed that the raceway depth accepted by detecting technology has similar to the some theory modeling.This direct detecting method has some referring and practical values.
