毛细管气相色谱分析白酒中醇类与酯类

摘    要:使用SPB-1701中等极性毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm),通过对白酒中醇类、酯类色谱分离条件优化,建立白酒气相色谱分析方法。在最佳条件下,白酒中24种成分被有效分离。质量与安全监控的重要成分甲醇、正丙醇、异丁醇、异戊醇、乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯,其检测限为0.4~1.8μg/mL、精密度为0.04%~3.19%(n=6)、回收率为93.74%~101.61%。SPB-1701色谱柱耐高温、耐氧化性、分离效能高,比极性毛细管柱更实用。

Abstract:A GC method was established to determine alcohols and esters in Chinese liquor by chromatographic separation on a medium polarity capillary column (SPB-1701, 30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm). Under optimized conditions, 24 compounds from Chinese liquor including alcohols and esters could be effectively separated. The limits of detection of the GC method for methanol, n-propanol, isobutanol, isopentanol, ethyl acetate and ethyl caproate as important ingredients for the control of safety and quality of Chinese liquor varied from 0.4 to 1.8μg/mL, the precision (relative standard deviation, RSD) for 6 replicate determinations were 0.04%-3.19%, and the average spike recovery rates were in the range of 93.74%-101.61%. This study demonstrated that SPB-1701 column has good tolerance to high temperatures and oxidation and high separation ability and is therefore more practical than polar capillary column.
