摘    要:以活性炭固载氯化铁为催化剂、乙酸和异戊醇为原料合成了乙酸异戊酯,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1.5,催化剂用量1.0 g(当乙酸用量为0.1 mol时),带水剂甲苯15 mL,在110~118 ℃反应2.5 h,酯化率达90%以上。

Abstract:Iso-amyl acetate was synthetized from acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol, using ferric chloride supported activated carbon as the catalyst. The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate were investigated . The optimum reaction condition were obtained as follows: 0.1 mol acetic acid, iso-amyl-alcohol-to-acetic acid molar ratio=1.5, m(catalyst)=1.0 g,m(water-carrying reagent toluene)=15 mL, reaction temperature 110-118 ℃, reaction time 2.5 h. Esterification rate of over 90% was attained.
