摘    要:介绍了由西门子S7400和工业PC机组成的光亮连续退火模拟实验机计算机控制系统的硬件配置和软件组成,重点讨论应用Siemens公司的WinCC图形软件如何实现在退火过程中对设备的实时监控功能.跟踪不锈钢光亮退火设备操作的全过程,详细叙述WinCC在每一步的关键作用.实际应用表明,该控制系统性能优越,效果良好,利用WinCC图形软件不仅可以很好地实现对设备的监控作用,而且在系统设备调试和应用的过程中也起着举足轻重的作用.

Abstract:The structure of the software and hardware settings of the simulative continuous anneal experimental machine is introduced,which is composed of Siemens S7400 and industrial PC.The WinCC monitoring function to equipments is especially emphasized.By tracking the whole operation process of devices in stainless steel annealing,the key effects of WinCC is explained in details.
