摘    要:分析了黄河滩区济西煤田产生地面沉降后,在各级流量下引起的河势变化及在较大洪水情况下,可能引发的堤防工程受主溜顶冲,堤坡淘刷,控导工程发生揭顶损坏,刷塌土坝基背河坡、等问题,据此预筹了相应的加固与补救措施,提出了煤田开发过程中进行地形,河势观测与水质监测的要求。

Abstract:The Yellow River situation change ,under various discharges, and issues, under larger floods, caused by land surface settlement consequent upon Jixi coal mine exploration such as scouring dyke by main flow, erosion in dyke slope, top scouring of guide and control projects, slope collapse of back base of soil dam, collapse of stone slope of dykes, even dam damage and impossible operation of hydraulic projects in beach and others are analyzed in the paper. Based on the analysis, the corresponding strengthening and supplement treatments are suggested, the requirement of landscape and river situation observation and water quality monitoring during the mine exploration are put forward.
