摘    要:小浪底工程导流洞在施工后将改多级孔板消能泄江洞,3条导流洞混凝土衬砌设计总量为26.2万m^3,其中A级(R28=70MPa)混凝土为15.7万m^3。由于高标号混凝土内部水泥水化热温升过高,内外温差大,衬砌后出现多条裂缝,裂缝宽度一般为0.5mm,最大达2mm,深度一般为20~25cm,根据合同技术规范要求,采用Sika环氧液对裂缝进行灌浆处理,从处理后的芯样看,灌注材料充满裂缝空隙,与混凝土结

Abstract:The diversion channel of Xiaolangdi project will be reformed into multi stage perforated baffle plate flood discharge tunnel with total 262 000 m 3 of designed concrete lining for three tunnels in which 157 000 m 3 are among A grade ( R 28 =70 MPa). Lots of cracks have been found after lining with width of 0.5 mm in normal and 2 mm of maximum and general depth of 20 to 25 cm. According to the requirements of contract, Sika epoxide liquid agent is grouted to treat the cracks, and the core sample of the results shows that grouted material is full of the cracks and in perfect consolidation, and monolithic construction and anti-seepage property meet the design requirement.
