黄河下游少抢险坝垛结构探讨

摘    要:黄河下游河道整治工程现有坝垛多采用柳石结构,每年汛期受水流顶冲,需经过多次抢险加固,耗时费力。为了提高坝垛抗洪御险能力,争取汛期少抢险或不抢险,通过对坝垛前水流冲刷机理的分析,提出深基筑坝和修护底沉排坝措施。并对适宜黄河下游特点的少抢险坝垛结构———抽沙充填土工织物长管袋褥垫沉排坝的土工织物反滤布选择、沉排压载和沉排长度等作了设计,沉排水中铺设按水深大小分两种情况施工。

Abstract:The existing dams in the Yellow River for channel harness are normally structured with willow wood and stones for which lots of time and energy should be paid for rush repair and validation time by time in every flood seasons owing to flow erosion. Construction of deep base dams and base protected sinking mattress dams are put forward in the paper through analysis of erosion mechanism of flow in front of dam in order to strengthen the anti-flood capability of the dams and to strive for less or even no rush repairs. The selection of civil fabric filter material, ballast sinking mattress and its length of the suitable dam structure, i.e., pipe-shaped sack sinking mattress with civil fabric filled with oil sand, in the lower Yellow River for less rush repairs and its characteristics are designed and calculated, and there will be two conditions for implementation of sinking mattress under water depending on water depth.
