压铸机的发展

压铸技术的发展至今有150余年.19世纪初,由于印刷业的兴起,用于铅字铸造的铸字机应运而生,不久,在铸字机的基础上演变成为热室压铸机.到19世纪中叶,典型的热室压铸机诞生.进入20世纪以后,热室压铸机日渐成熟,冷室压铸机问世.20世纪后半叶,压铸机经历了更大的改革、演进与创新,压铸机进入新的发展时期.近二三十年来,压铸机在大型化、自动化、单元化和柔性化等方面的发展非常迅速.最近的几年,压铸的高新技术又不断地对压铸机提出更高和更新的要求.

The History of Die Casting Machine

Up to the present, it has been for over 150 years for the development of die casting technology. Printing industry sprang up and typecasting machine was born during the early 19~(th) century, soon after that, the first hot chamber die casting machine was produced which was based on typecasting machine in mid of 19~(th) century. By 1920, the earliest cold chamber die casting machine was published. Hereafter, die casting machine go ahead of developing since the fifties of the 20~(th) century. In recent years, die casting machine has been going a step further to development.
