摘    要:基于远程参数控制技术的道路模拟试验在汽车开发过程中起着日益重要的作用.以测量轮实测试验场道路力载荷谱作为迭代控制信号,在 MTS 八通道试验台上对某轿车后桥进行了道路模拟试验.迭代结果与道路试验结果基本一致,说明在台架上可靠地复现了道路实际载荷.

Abstract:Road simulation based on remote parameter control technology plays an increasingly important role in the development process of car.In this paper,using loading spectra of force acquired in proving ground by wheel force transducer as control signal,road simulation of a car's rear axle is proceeded on MTS 8 channel road simulator.The iteration result coincide with the road test very well prove that real road load is reproduced on test rig.
