基于单片机的多路数据采集和CAN通信系统设计

摘    要:针对传统数据采集系统设计效率低、成本高的问题,提出了基于集成A/D转换器和CAN控制器的C8051F040单片机,采用动态控制模拟输入量进入内置A/D转换器,并通过微处理单元进行数据处理和存储,以及运用内部集成CAN控制器进行数据的传输,从原理图设计到电路板开发,经过软硬件的调试,实现了多路数据采集和CAN网络通讯相结合的功能.该设计产品体积小,功能强,应用范围广泛,有很好的应用和发展前景.

Abstract:This data acquisition system designed for traditional low efficiency,high cost of the issue,based on the integrated A/D converter and CAN controller C8051F040 microcontroller,analog input dynamic control into the built-in A/D converter,and through micro-processing unit for data processing and storage,as well as the use of integrated CAN controller for data transmission,from schematic design to the board development,through hardware and software debugging,to achieve a multi-channel data acquisition and combination of CAN network communication functions.The design of the product small,powerful,wide range of applications,there is a good application and development prospects.
