单分散超顺磁性Fe_3O_4纳米粒子的合成及表征

摘    要:利用高温裂解法制备了油酸修饰的Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子,采用TEM、VSM、XRD以及FT-IR对粒子的结构和性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:Fe3O4纳米粒子粒径为2nm,呈单分散性,结晶性能良好,室温下为超顺磁性,饱和磁化强度为11.73emu/g,可应用于磁流体、磁性分离等领域。

Abstract:Fe3O4 nanoparticles with 2nm size were synthesized by high temperature thermal decomposition method. The nanoparticls were modificated with the surfactant of oil-acid. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by TEM,VSM,XRD and FT-IR. The results show that Fe3O4 nanoparticles are monodisperse, good crystalline performance, superparamagnetic and the saturation magnetization is 11.73emu/g in room temperature, which could be applied in magnetic fluids, magnetic separation and other fields.
