半轴锥齿轮冷摆辗精密成形技术研究

摘    要:通过对汽车半轴锥齿轮冷摆辗精密成形技术进行研究,重点剖析了半轴锥齿轮毛坯的锻造工艺、冷摆辗成形工艺参数的选择、模具结构设计、金属切削加工和表面最终热处理等一系列关键技术,结果表明,采用冷摆辗精密成形技术的半轴锥齿轮具有精度高、强度高、啮合性能好,齿轮模具寿命长,材料利用率高,生产成本低等优良性能.

Abstract:Through research on the technology of cold precision orbital forming for semi-axle-bevel gear in automobile,focusing on the semi-axle bevel gear blank forging process,cold forming process orbital parameter selection,mold design,metal cutting and the final heat treatment,a series of key technical issues were researched,results show that the cold orbital forging precision forming technology of the semi-axle bevel gears with high precision and intensity,engagement performance fine,high life time of dies,high availability of material of the gear utilization.low production costs,it is clear,This semi-axle bevel gear production will be of great significance.
