D402冷却塔腐蚀原因分析及对策

摘    要:分析了D402冷却塔填料及内壁腐蚀,得出了电偶腐蚀是主因。设备更新时塔体材料采用16MnR 0Cr18Ni10Ti复合板,投用后设备腐蚀甚微,证明选材是可行的。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of phenomenon of the corrosion occurred in packing and inner surface in D402 cooling tower,it was concluded that electrode corrosion is the main cause.Thus, 16MnR+0Cr18Ni10Ti composite plate was used when the tower was renewed,which has been proved appropriate in material selection.
