| 摘 要： | 介绍目前国内跨度最大的体育馆钢结构屋盖的安装施工方法.施工前采用了结构仿真技术对安装方案每一工况进行了模拟验算,施工中采取搭设临时钢支撑,分段吊装、高空拼接成型的方法施工,并在钢支撑拆除过程及拆除后,对结构应力、应变及变形进行了测量,验证结构仿真结果.

| Abstract: | In this article, the author introduces installation and construction method of steel roof structure of gymnasium with the largest span of China. Engineers made simulative calculation with structural simulation technique on every step of the installation plan before construction, and adopted some methods such as temporary steel brackets, segmentation lifting and assembly in the air. They also measured structural stress, strain and deformation in and after the removal of steel brackets to verify the structural simulation result. |
