染料敏化太阳电池中TiO2有序膜的制备及应用

摘    要:探讨了一种简便的制备二氧化钛有序薄膜的方法及其在染料敏化太阳电池中的应用。用合成的聚苯乙烯悬浮液,采取垂直自然沉积法和水平自然沉积法得到了聚苯乙烯胶体晶体;以垂直自然沉积法得到的聚苯乙烯胶体晶体为模板制备了纳米二氧化钛有序薄膜;用所制得的二氧化钛有序膜组装成染料敏化太阳电池,在模拟日光下进行了光电性能测试,开路电压为0.780V,短路电流密度为0.612mA/cm2。此外,还对胶体晶体模板和二氧化钛有序膜的微观结构进行表征和讨论。

Abstract:A simple way for preparing TiO2 ordered-film and its application in dye-sensitized solar cells were presented.Polystyrene colloid crystal was fabricated by naturally vertical deposition method and naturally horizontal deposition method with polystyrene suspension.Based on the template, a TiO2 ordered-film on a conductivity glass was deposited.Using the TiO2 ordered-film as electrode,a dye-sensitized solar cell with sandwich structure was assembled.Under simulated sunlight illumination,an open circuit voltage of 0.780V and a short circuit current density of 0.612 mA/cm2 were measured.And we tested and discussed the microstructure of polystyrene colloid crystal and TiO2 ordered-film.
