| Abstract: | High speed rail development has impacts on the region,cities,and surrounding areas.Distance between station and city,connection of station with other transports are the major indicators of high speed train station and city connection.The station vicinity is usually oriented for business and finance,commercial,recreational,and residential development with mixed land uses.The stations are new growth points and will have impacts on current urban spatial structure. |
