摘    要:花岗岩研磨过程中添加含不同类型表面活性剂的磨削液。测量添加不同表面活性剂及不同浓度的磨削液时花岗岩的磨削比 ,分析比较磨削液浓度及表面活性剂对花岗岩研磨效率的影响。通过测量磨削液的表面张力、磨削液作用后的花岗岩表面电位等参数 ,研究了表面活性剂对花岗岩研磨过程的物理化学作用机理。实验结果表明 :与水比较 ,表面活性剂磨削液能明显提高花岗岩研磨效率 ;阳离子型表面活性剂的磨削液对研磨效率的提高效果优于阴离子型和非离子型的表面活性剂磨削液 ;研磨盘的粒度越细 ,表面活性剂的作用效果越明显。

Abstract:In the grinding process of granite, several kinds of grinding coolants with different types of surfactant were used. The effects of coolant concentration, surfactant solution, were analyzed based on grind rates in different grinding conditions. By measuring the surface tension of the solutions, the surface potential of the granite powders after being disposed by the different solutions, the physical and chemical actions of surfactants in granite grinding process were analyzed. The results show that the grinding rates when using grinding coolant with surfactants increase greatly in comparing to that using water as coolant, the effects of coolant with cationic surfactant are better than those of the coolant with anionic and non ionic surfactants. The smaller diamond grits of the grinding plate, the better are the effects of surfactants.
