| 摘 要： | 海上维权斗争形势日趋严峻,军地联合海上维权逐渐常态化,军地协同通信成为制约军地海上协同行动的重要影响因素之一。为解决网系构建、信息融合等问题,从构建军地联合海上维权协同信息系统需求分析出发,根据信息系统保障对象,对系统组成进行设计并分析了系统功能、系统连接关系和信息关系,为系统的实际构建提供了一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Maritime rights defence situation is worsening, and military/civil joint defending the mari- time rights gradually becomes normalization, so military/civil cooperation communication becomes one of the important factors restricting military/civil maritime cooperation action. To solve the problems such as network system construction, information fusion, etc, starting from constructing the requirements analysis of cooperation information systems for military/civil joint maritime rights defence,according to information system safeguarding objects,this paper designs the system com- position and analyzes the system function, system connection relationships and information rela- tions, which provides definite reference for the actual construction of the system. |
