基于产品成本—精度模型的最优公差设计

提出了以指数方程表达的产品成本－精度模型，同时针对外旋转体、孔、面积和位置这４种特征，通过曲线拟合的方法，给出了该模型的控制参数，给出了最优公差设计的问题简化求解方法，并利用基于规则的专家系统求出产品成本－精度模型的控制参数，进而完成最优公差设计，并给了最优公关设计的具体步骤，将基于该模型基础上求得的最优公差应用在ＣＡＤ中，可以帮助设计人员进行产品设计的决策分析。

Optimal tolerance design based on product cost precision model

A product cost precision model expressed in an index equation form is established through analysis of tolerances and control parameters are given for four mechanical features using a curve analogy method.A simplified method of problem solving for optimal tolerance design is also given for calculation of control parameters in the designed rule based expert system to guide to obtain optimal tolerance which helps designers into analyzing the product scheme design.
