摘    要:纸基摩擦材料是一种多孔性湿式摩擦材料,因其具有良好的摩擦特性而广泛应用于车辆湿式离合器和制动器中.碳纤维具有摩擦系数稳定,耐磨性优异,机械强度高,化学稳定性良好等优点,作为增强体已经广泛应用于各类复合材料中,是纸基摩擦材料的理想增强纤维.综述了国内外碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料的研究现状,着重论述了碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料组分配方、摩擦磨损性能与机理等方面的研究进展,并展望了其发展趋势.

Abstract:Paper-based friction material is a kind of porous wet friction materials which has been widely used in wet clutches and brakes of vehicles for its good friction properties. Due to the advantages of stable friction coefficient, excellent abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and good chemical stability, carbon fiber has been widely used in various types of composite materials as reinforcement. And it will be the ideal reinforced fiber for paper- based friction materials. This paper briefly introduces the development of carbon fiber rein- forced paper based friction materials at home and abroad, and mainly focuses on the compo- nent, tribology properties and mechanism of the friction materials. Finally the development tendency of carbon fiber reinforced paper-based friction material was presented.
