四喷嘴水煤浆气化装置试车情况

一期四啧嘴水煤浆气化装置在试车期间出现了气化炉拱顶超温、锁斗阀关闭不到位、高压氮气压缩机隔膜破裂、蒸发热水塔填料或塔盘易结垢、预热口封堵砖拔断等问题。根据实际情况进行了改进和优化，目前装置已进入长周期稳定运行阶段。

Trial Run of Four-Nozzle Coal Water Slurry Gasification Unit

The first phase four-nozzle coal water slurry gasification unit shows problems in trial running period, viz., overtemperature at arch of gasifier, incomplete closure of lock hopper valve, breakage of diaphragm of high-pressure nitrogen compressor, easy scaling of packing of evaporative hot- water tower or tower tray, and breakage of plugging brick preheating gate. According to the actual condition improvement and optimization are carried out, so the gasification unit is now at the stage of long-period stable operation.
