新一代GPS国际标准体系的研究现状与发展趋势

摘    要:针对传统标准的不足,通过介绍传统公差标准存在的问题,综述了新一代GPS标准体系的历史、发展现状和理论体系,分析开展新一代GPS研究和应用的战略意义,以及影响新一代GPS应用和发展的因素。并阐述了对新一代GPS发展与应用的看法和建议。

Abstract:The traditional tolerance standards are based on geometry and restrict the development of CAx technology. Traditional standards are only suitable for manual design environment and are not suitable for the expression, processing and data transfer in computers. The system of the new generation of geometrical product specifications(GPS) standards based on metrology mathematics overcomes the shortcomings in the traditional standards effectively and is much more suitable for the development of the new era. This article describes the lacks in traditional tolerance stand- ards and summarizes the history and development of the new generation of GPS standard system. The basic content of new generation GPS standard system is introduced. Strategic significance and influence factors for the new generation of GPS applications and development are also analyzed. Finally, the perspectives and suggestions on the application of the new generation of GPS are given.
