水煤浆气化耐磨烧嘴的研发与应用

摘    要:针对工业烧嘴的结构特点,开展了耐磨烧嘴开发的相关研究工作,优化了氧气及水煤浆的流量和烧嘴的雾化性能,对耐磨材料进行了筛选与性能测试并选取陶瓷材料B为耐磨烧嘴的耐磨材料。水煤浆气化耐磨烧嘴投入工业化生产后,合成气成分、渣中可燃物含量、产量、消耗等各项主要指标均优于设计指标,雾化效果稳定周期长于普通烧嘴,使用寿命比普通烧嘴提高2倍。

Abstract:In connection with structural characteristics of industrial burner, relevant study of development of anti-wear burner is carried out, flow rate of oxygen and coal-water slurry, and atomization property of burner are optimized, anti-wear materials are screened and their properties are tested, ceramic material B has been chosen as the resistant material for anti-wear burner. After putting into industrial production of coal-water slurry anti-wear burner, the main qualifications, such as composition of syngas, slag combustible matter content, output and consumption, are better than designed indexes, effective stable period of atomization is longer than common burners, and service life increases two times than common burners.
