摘    要:针对焦炉气供应量增加、无法全部利用的现状,对原"18-30"合成氨、尿素装置系统进行了改造,新建了1台Φ1 600 mm的氨合成装置、变压吸附提氢装置、无动力氨回收装置和液氨充装站,并对运行后出现的变压吸附后产品氢中微量成分(CO、CO2)偏高及合成系统压力高等问题进行了改造,改造后合成氨产量增加了80 t/d。

Abstract:As the increased capacity of the coke oven gas could not be totally consumed, the existing plant had to undergo a revamping process, including building a new 41 600 mm ammonia synthesis converter, a PSA ammonia strip- per, an unpowered ammonia recovery unit and a liquid ammonia filling station. After that, proper revamping was conducted to overcome the problems of excessive CO and C02 in the product hydrogen and too high pressure in the synthesis system. After revamping, the ammonia production capacity increased by 80 t/d.
