摘    要:介绍了山西阳煤丰喜肥业(集团)有限责任公司低温甲醇洗装置中闪蒸甲醇氨冷器、H2S吸收塔进料氨冷器、富CO2甲醇氨冷器、热再生塔塔顶冷凝器等运行过程中,设备出现的问题和处理措施;对富CO2甲醇氨冷器内漏处理前后的工艺参数进行了对比,结果表明氨冷器经处理后换热效果明显转好,低温甲醇洗工段处理变换气量增加了8 000 m3/h,贫甲醇循环量减小了27 m3/h,净化气中CO2含量也降到了0,达到了节能增产的目的。

Abstract:Equipment problems of the Rectisol Unit of the Shanxi Yangmei Fengxi Fertilizer Industry Group Co., Ltd. that occurred during operation and their corresponding countermeasures were introduced. Process parameters of the ammonia cooler before and after the revamp were compared and the result indicated that the heat transfer effect of the am- monia cooler improved evidently after being revamped. The shift gas from the Rectisol process increased by 8,000 m3/h, the lean methanol circulation was decreased by 27 m3/h, and the CO2 in the cleaned gas came down to Oppm, thus reach- ing the energy conservation expectation.
