胶原蛋白的改性原理及其应用研究进展

摘    要:综述了胶原蛋白的结构及其功能特性;阐述了胶原蛋白的物理交联改性、化学交联改性、对氨基、羧基等活性基团的化学修饰、以及引入聚合物改性等最新研究进展;重点介绍了改性胶原蛋白在皮革复鞣剂、涂饰成膜材料以及合成革工业等领域的应用研究进展.

Abstract:In this paper, the structure and functional properties of collagen were reviewed. And then the latest research progress of collagen protein modification technology were intro- duced,including four kinds of methods : physical crosslinking, chemical crosslinking, chemical modification of reactive groups, such as mino and carboxyl,as well as introduction of poly- mer. Mainly introduced applications of modified collagen in leather retanning agents, finish ing film materials, and the synthetic leather industry, etc.
