| 摘 要： | 宁夏大学在新一轮合并时，银川市政府赠地约26．7hm^2，用于宁夏大学的发展和建设，笔者从实施总体规划的角度出发，从规划定位，功能分区，道路系统、建筑布局及环境美化方面谈了自己的规划设计思路。

| Abstract: | Yinchuan municiple government donates 2.67 hm2 of field to Ninxia University for the use of development and construction during the new round merger of four different parts. The field combines the center campus with the north cam-pus into a whole one. The campus planning deals with the aspects position , function, region road system , construction lay-out and environment beautification. |
