摘    要:以顺丁烯二酸酐和甲醇为原料,磷酸和氯化铝为催化剂,甲苯作溶剂合成了富马酸单甲酯,考察了影响收率的因素,其最优条件为:顺丁烯二酸酐∶甲醇∶磷酸∶氯化铝为0.2mol∶0.2mol∶4mL∶2g;酯化反应温度60°C,反应时间0.5h;异构化反应温度80°C,反应时间2h。收率可达90%以上。

Abstract:Monomethyl fumarate was synthesized with maleic anhydride and methanol as raw materials, phophoric acid and aluminium trichloride as catalysts, and toluene as solvent. The factors affecting the yield were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows∶maleic anhydride∶methanol∶phosphoric acid∶aluminium trichloride, 0.2 mol∶0.2 mol∶4 mL∶2 g; temperature of esterification 60°C; esterification reaction time 0.5 h; temperature of isomerization, 80°C; isomerization reaction time 2 h. The yield was over 90%.
