摘    要:模型是在M—T接触热导分形网络模型、Ross、Mikic的模型的理论的基础上建立起来的,并在此理论基础上解释了中间填料喷涂量对接触热阻的影响.并通过实验论证了在石墨浓度相同时,接触热阻随着喷涂量的增加先减小后增大。

Abstract:The moidel is established on the base of theory of M - T contact thermal fractal net model, Ross and Mikic model. The effect of intermediate filler spraying contents on contact thermal resistance is explained. The experimental results show that contact thermal resistance reduee initially and then increase with increment of spraying contents when the concentration of graphite is same.
