| 摘 要： | 利用现有统计数据构建了区域经济发展水平综合评价指标体系，采用主成分分析法对2004年天津市各区域的经济发展水平进行了定量分析．结果表明，天津市各区县间经济发展水平差异相当明显．针对以上分析结果，剖析了产生差异的原因，并据此提出了天津市区域经济发展的规划建议．

| Abstract: | The index system of valuing a city's economic development level is established by using present statistical data, and the principal component analysis is used to evaluate the regional economic development level in 2004 in Tianjin. The result disclosed that the economic development level vary greatly amongst the cities and counties. According to the conclusion, the causes are analysed and the development strategies are provided. |
