| 摘 要： | 企业的工伤事故有其自身的特点和规律,而事故规律的研究对于企业安全管理有着重要的指导意义,目前这一方面仍是薄弱环节。对莱钢炼钢厂1985～2000年所发生的工伤事故进行综合统计分析,研究了企业工伤事故的一般规律,为预防和减少事故提供了科学依据,达到了消除和减少事故的目的。

| Abstract: | Enterprise industrial injury has its own character and regulations, but the research on industrial injury regulation has more important directive function for enterprise safety management. However, this aspect needs to be more developed at present. The general industrial injury regulation is researched by means of a comprehensive statistic analysis on industrial injuries that appeared between 1985 and 2000 in the steel-making plant of Laigang, which provides the scientific basis for preventing and cutting down casualty accident,thus achieves the purposes of eliminating and reducing the accidents. |
