| 摘 要： | 电力调度交换机正被逐渐地应用于电力生产调度，它在电力通信中具有举足轻重的作用。本文首先介绍了一种新型程控调度交换机软件的基本结构和设计思想，讨论了在实现此软件系统中涉及到的操作系统设计、呼叫处理程序和其他关键问题。

| Abstract: | The electricity power dispatching system is used for dispatching power resources. It plays a vital role in communication of power enterprises. This paper introduces the software for a new type of power dispatching system with its architecture and designing principles. Furthermore, it discusses the key problems encountered in implementing the software such as operating system design, call processing and so on. |
