菜籽加工及其有关营养问题

摘    要:为了使菜籽加工后的饼粕用作饲料或食品时,充分发挥其营养作用,本文着重探讨了如下几个问题:菜籽取油工艺对蛋白质营养的影响;菜籽中各种抗营养因素的变化机理及其对营养的影响;“双低”菜籽品种的探讨;菜籽饼粕去毒方法的评论;水剂法制取菜籽油和饲用菜籽蛋白的小试成果。

Abstract:In order to make full use of the nutrients of oil cakes, which are left over after rapeseed Processing and ready to serve as feed or food, the authors focus their attention on the following: ( 1 ) the effect of rapeseed oil extraction technology upon protein nutrient; (2) the change mechanism of various kinds of anti-nutritional factors in rapeseed and its effect upon nutrition; (3) the "double low" variety of raPeseed; ( 4 ) the method of de-toxicating rape cakes and ( 5 ) the results of the Preliminary experiment in Preparing rape oil and rape Protein as feedstuff by way of water solvent extraction.
