摘    要:为适应越来越多的数字化传感器的应用要求,同时为兼顾传统应用场合对标准模拟变送信号的需要,设计了一种数字模拟一体化的力敏传感器,采用精确信号混合型SOC单片机C8051F353为控制核心,利用C8051F353片内资源对力敏传感器的应变电桥输出信号相应的放大、ADC转换等处理,应用MODBUS协议通过RS-485接口将传感器信号以数字方式输出,并设计了4~20 mA电流输出电路.传感器目前已经批量应用于油田、港口等测力场合,工作可靠稳定.

Abstract:Adapt to the increasing requirement for digital sensor and the need of traditional application, a kind of integrative power-sensed sensor was designed. As the SOC MCU C8051F353 was used in this kind of sensor, the weak signal could be amplified and converted without external circuit. The sensor's digital signal was sent through RS-485 serial bus based on MODBUS communication protocol. Considered general application, a kind of circuit of analog signal from 4 to 20 mA was also designed. The sensor has been used in some oil fields and ports.
