摘    要:以Cu、Ti、B_4C合金粉末为原料,分别用粉末冶金法和电弧炉熔炼法制备TiB_2/Cu复合材料,研究了制备工艺、配料比等因素对Cu基中生成相的影响。结果表明:随TiB_2理论生成量增加,粉末冶金法烧结后得到含多种不同的硼化物的铜基复合材料;电弧炉熔炼法则可得到单一的TiB_2增强Cu基复合材料,且致密度、硬度和电导率均高于粉末冶金法制得的试样。

Abstract:Taking Cu,Ti,B_4C mixed alloy powders as raw material,TiB_2/Cu composite was prepared by powder metallurgy and electric arc melting.The effects of preparing process,ingredient ratio on the products in Cu matrix were studied.The results show that:with the increase of TiB_2 in theory,several kinds ofborides in Cu matrix can be got by powder metallurgy,while the single-phase TiB_2 in Cu matrix can be got by electric arc melting.The density,hardness and conductivity of the materials prepared by electric arc melting are higher than those by powder metallurgy.
