摘    要:通过对织物结构、浆纱耐磨性、织造断头率的分析比较,探讨了经纱之间的相互摩擦对织造过程的影响,经纱之间的摩擦使纱线表面毛羽增加,相互缠结,这是织造断头增加的主要原因。

Abstract:Based on analysis and comparion of fabric structure, wear-resistance of sized yarn and ends breaking rate in weaving , this paper has discussed the influence of friction between warp ends on weaving processing. The friction between warp ends increases hairiness on the yam surface which causes warp ends interlaced each other and becomes the main reason to increase weaving ends breaking.
