表面活性剂强化铝酸钠溶液晶种分解的研究进展

摘    要:国内外对铝酸钠溶液结构虽进行了大量的研究,但由于铝酸钠溶液性质极为特殊和品种分解过程的复杂性,导致对铝酸钠溶液晶种分子层次的分解过程的研究缺乏较统一的认识。在机理不甚明确的情况下,不同的研究者刘废过程提出了不同的强化途径。近年来,在品种分解过程添加表面活性剂成为了国内外研究的热点。笔者系统地总结了近年来铝酸钠溶液晶种分解机理以及添加表面活性剂来强化分解过程的研究成果。根据众多研究者的结论可认为,氧化铝生产过程添加表面活性剂来强化铝酸钠溶液晶种分解过程并改善其产品质量具有很大的应用潜力。

Abstract:Large numbers of investigations on the structure of sodium aluminate solution has been done by domestic and oversea researchers, however, the qualitative particularity of sodium aluminate solution and the complexity of seeded precipitation process of sodium aluminate solution result in the disappearance of accordant microcosmic point of view about this process. Different researchers present diverse methods to intensify the decomposition process under the circumstance that the mechanism is not clear. Recently researchers have focused on the surfactants. The advances on seeded precipitation mechanism of solution aluminate solution and intensifying this process with surfactants are systematical summarized lately, the research results show that adding surfactants at the production process of alumina to enforce the decomposition process of sodium aluminate solution and improve the product quality is regarded as having a great applying prospect.
