摘    要:提出了一种基于小波分析的输电线路无通信全线速动暂态保护的新方案。该方案利用小波变换构造两个不同中心频率的带通滤波器,提取故障生成的高频暂态信号。通过比较这两个频带内暂态信号的谱能量来实现区内外故障的准确识别。该方案无须通信通道,对故障类型、故障位置、过渡电阻及故障起始角不敏感,不受CT饱和、系统振荡、系统结构和运行方式的影响。ATP仿真初步证明了该方案的有效性。

Abstract:A new transient based protection scheme to trip immediately without communication channel is proposed.In this scheme,two band\|pass filters with different center frequencies are designed using wavelet transform to extract fault\|induced high frequency transient signals.Thus,a fault can be identified as internal or external one according to the spectrum energies in the foregoing two frequency band.This scheme doesn't rely on communication channel.Farther more,it is immunized to CT saturation,power swings,system configuration and operating mode.The availability of this scheme is proved with ATP simulation test.
