| 摘 要： | 北京市延庆县＂十二五＂水务发展规划体系研究,充分分析了延庆县＂十二五＂时期水务发展面临的机遇与挑战,结合延庆水务发展现状,提出＂十二五＂末,规划构建延庆县水务发展＂六大体系＂基本框架,以提高水资源循环利用效率,优化用水结构,缓解水资源供给压力,提升区域生态环境优势,打造坚实的水务基础,促进延庆县经济、社会、资源环境协调发展。
