两步法制备交联聚苯乙烯微球研究

摘    要:采用两步法制备出了粒径均一,球形度好的3μm交联聚苯乙烯微球。通过对两种条件下溶胀所得微球进行比较可知加入溶胀剂时制备出的微球球形度更好,表面更光滑,粒径分布范围更窄。较佳的制备条件为:聚苯乙烯单体的用量为种子微球的2.5~3.5倍,溶胀剂用量为种子微球的1~2倍,交联剂的用量为苯乙烯用量的5%~12%。

Abstract:A two-stage polymerization technique was employed for producing a uniform dispersion, sphericity, cross-linked polystyrene microp particles of 3 υm average diamete. Compared the microspheres which are synthetized under two different swelling conditions, we knew that the microsphere adding swelling agent in polymerization is better than which not adding swelling agent. This microsphere have better sphericity, smoother surface, and narrower dispersion of distribution. The optimal preparation conditions are: styrene/seed sphere(mass ratio) is equal to (2.5~3.5)∶1, swelling agent/seed sphere is equal to (1~2)∶1, the amount of crosslinking agent is 5%~12% styrene of mass.
