摘    要:高参数大容量机组的汽轮机尺寸大、动静间隙小,给汽轮机的安全运行带来不利,尤其在机组启停及变工况过程中,参数控制不好或调整不当,就会造成汽轮机汽缸变形、动静摩擦、大轴弯曲等事故。文章分析了N125 MW汽轮机在启停及变工况过程中动静间隙相对热膨胀差(简称差胀)变化的原因及控制措施。

Abstract:With large size and small dynamic and static clearance,it brings difficult for safe operation of large-scale steam turbine with high parameter and mega-capacity,especially in start-up and shut-down and varying load condition course,it may induce cylinder distortion,dynamic and static friction and main shaft bending with improper parameter control,even induces scrapping of steam turbine.The paper analyzes change reason of dynamic and static clearance differential expansion during N125MW units start-up and shut-down and varying load condition course and proposes its control measures.
