摘    要:淮河淮滨至正阳关河段内支流及行蓄洪区很多,干支流洪水遭遇情况复杂,是一个复杂的防洪体系。采用非恒定流防洪模型,计算机控制与检测系统,经过验证试验对河段各部位糙率及控制系统参数加以调整后,准确地重演了1982年的洪水过程,模型各站的水位流量过程与原型一致。该模型是淮河防洪规划、河道整治、调度运用的重要手段。

Abstract:The Huaihe river is located in east of China. A number of flood detention basins are provided for diversion and detention of flood in this reach. The meeting of the flood peak of tributaries is various. It is necessary to take an unsteady flow river model for studying river regulation works and flood control. A computer system is employed to control model and collect experimental data. After ajusting model roughness and control system parameter, the prototype flood process of 1982 was accurately repeated in model. The process of water level and discharge in model agree with the process ocurred in prototype. The results of model have provided scientific basis for the planning and design of river regulation works and flood control.
