焦炉煤气在氢氧化铝流态化闪速焙烧炉应用的节能分析

摘    要:结合流态化闪速焙烧炉的工艺特点,对替代燃料——焦炉煤气在流态化闪速焙烧炉上的使用进行了分析研究。论述了焦炉煤气在闪速焙烧炉燃烧时对闪速焙烧炉系统热工制度的影响及焦炉煤气在闪速焙烧炉使用时的安全操作、联锁保护和仪器监控措施,与使用重油燃料作比较,具有明显的节能效益、管理效益和环保效益。

Abstract:Combined with process characteristics of flow bed flashing calciner, an analysis is carried out at flashing flow bed calciner on the application of coke oven gas as fuel replacing heavy oil. This paper describes the effect by combustion of coke oven gas at the calciner to heating technology of firing system, including safety operation as well as interlock protection for instruments and monitors. Comparing with combustion of heavy oil as fuel, it is clearly showing that benefits for energy-saving, management and environment are obvious.
