摘    要:从经济实用性出发,提出一种适用于中小煤粉炉改造、基于改进比色测温法的全炉膛火焰监测和燃烧诊断方案,介绍了该方案的系统组成、测温原理和燃烧诊断实验研究,并提出下一步的改进方向。

Abstract:An economic and practical approach to Flame Monitoring and Diagnosis based on improved colorimetric temperature-measurement method is presented. The system configuration, operating principle and measurement theory are introduced and discussed. The field test results of digital image processing and combustion diagnosis prove this approach is suitable for small and medium pulverized-coal boiler flame monitoring system reformation. Further improvements are suggested at the end of this paper.
