摘    要:统一电能质量调节器因直流侧没有储能设备通常不能对负载进行电力中断补偿,且太阳光的日夜交替变化导致光伏并网发电装置只能间歇工作,这将影响设备的利用效率和电力系统正常运行。针对此不足,提出一种新的统一电能质量调节器结构和控制策略,该系统可同时实现电能质量综合治理、光伏并网发电以及电力中断补偿。详细分析了该系统的工作原理和控制策略,并利用Matlab/Simulink对系统进行仿真,验证了所提系统结构及控制策略的可行性。

Abstract:There are some shortages in unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) and PV grid connected generation equipment used at present. On the one hand, UPQC cannot compensate the voltage interruption because it has no energy storage in the dc link. On the other hand, PV grid connected generation operate during the day and have to stop at night. This affects the stabilization of power system and the utilization ratio of equipment. For the shortages above, a novel configuration and control strategy of UPQC is proposed, which can achieve functions of UPQC, PV grid connected generation and compensating the voltage interruption at the same time. The principle and control strategy of proposed system are analyzed and verified by simulation with Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results prove the feasibility of the system and control strategy above.
