| 摘 要： | 为探讨不同烤烟品种对UV-C胁迫的适应性,以6个主栽烤烟品种为材料,在琼脂平板培养条件下采用UV-C辐照时间胁迫处理,测定了不同胁迫时间下各品种幼苗的单株鲜质量、叶片的光合色素含量、根系活力和抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明,经UV-C辐照时间胁迫处理,各品种幼苗的单株鲜质量、叶绿素a和b含量随辐照时间的延长而降低,类胡萝卜素含量虽低于对照,却表现出随UV-C辐射时间延长而减幅降低的趋势,叶绿素a/b增加,根系脱氢酶活性和POD活性增加而CAT活性降低,且变化幅度表现出品种间差异性。综合各项指标,6个品种对UV-C胁迫的适应性为云烟85红大NC89K326中烟98云烟87。
