摘    要:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定了葡萄酒中的铁、铜含量2种元素,实验结果表明,标准曲线有较好的线性关系,方法回收率〉90%;RSD〈3.0%,方法最低检出限铁为0.03mg/L、铜为0.02 mg/L。

Abstract:A method of simultaneous determining copper and iron elements in grape wine by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES) with microwave digestion was developed.Results show that the two elements have good linear correlation coefficient in grape wine.The standard curve has good linear relationship.The recovery rate is above 90%.The RSD is below 3.0%.The detection limit for Fe is 0.03 mg / L and Cu is 0.02 mg / L.
