| 摘 要： | 本文章主要叙述目前替代ODS清洗剂的几种方法。其中乳化工艺清洗技术替代ODS清洗PCB组件是一种比较好的方法。本文着重对本公司在实施过程中的调研方案确定，清洗剂选择，以及“三防”试验工作，进行了探讨。
