| 摘 要： | 结合工程实例，提出了调整高层建筑主裙楼沉降差异的方法和技巧，并将实测值与理论计算值进行了对比，指出主裙楼采用不同的地基处理方法满足了承载力和沉降变形的要求，达到了安全可靠与经济效益的和谐统一。

| Abstract: | Combined with practical engineering,the author proposes the method and skill to adjust differential settlement of high-rise main building and annex,contrasts the measured value with theoretical calculating value,and points out that using different foundation treatment methods on the main building and annex can satisfy the demand of bearing capacity and settlement deformation, in order to achieve the harmonious unity of security and economic benefit. |
